Fansipan Mountain is 3.143m high, located in Lao Cai province. Fansipan is the highest mountain of the Indochinese peninsula. It is located in the center of Hoang Lien Son range. Fansipan is away from Sapa town 9 km to the southwest. Fansipan Mountain has always been a meeting point for many climbers, adventurers and many visitors love conquer nature.

But the road to the top of Fansipan is difficult because steep, abyss so many roads have to use ladder to pass, potentially a lot of danger for tourists. Therefore conquered Fansipan Mount is challenging and dream of many people.

But now conquering Fansipan in Vietnam has now become too easy. Modern Three-wire cable system newly completed has helped many individuals to pursue their dreams.

DETAIL ITINENARY

First night, Departs night train from Hanoi for Lao Cai (Sapa).

20.00: Our tour assistant picks you up from your hotel to go to Tran Quy Cap station. He will lead you to your cabin on the train.
21.00: Sapa train departs. Overnight on train. Travel time approx 9 hrs

Day 1: Lao cai – Sapa – Cable Car to Fansipan Mountain – Sapa (B,L)

Arriving at Lao cai Train Station around 6:00 to 06:30 A.M, you are welcomed by our driver then we have an hour driving to Sapa for freshing up & breakfast.

Around 9:30 the car will take you from Sa Pa to visit Fansipan, the highest peak of Indochina mountains. It normally takes people one or two days to reach the peak of Fansipan mountain on foot. However, if you take the three-rope cable car system it just takes within 15-20 minutes to carry you from the bottom to the highest point of the mountain. And Fansipan cable car is kind of a modern three-wire cable in the world, it is just the first time to present in Asia. With total of 35 cabins, this cable car will pass 6 main pillars then bring you fly over 6.2km long from Muong Hoa Valley to Fanipan cable Station. The distance from a pillar to the next pillar will be 1 km. While traveling by cable car, you can enjoy the scenery and magnificent views to Sapa and swallow views of Muong Hoa valley, Hoang Lien National Forest as well as beautiful landscapes of Lai Chau province. After conquering the Fanipan Peak, you will also take able car to get back the foot of mountain. Then you will be transferred back to Sapa.

Sapa Town will welcome you with your cheerful lunch at hotel or restaurant. In the afternoon, it will be your free time to explore this little charming Sapa Town.

Day 2: Sapa – Muong Hoa Valley – Sapa (B, L, D)

Leaving the hotel after breakfast, the road ride will take you southwards of Sapa along the only narrow road to Muong Hoa Valley. First start of 6km of walking down to the south east of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of the Black H’mong. Continue a 2km-trekking down to Lao Chai village, through terraced rice fields to Ta Van village of the Dzay minority people. Lunch at a local restaurant, it gives you a worth chance for you to learn about the local house architecture which is full of their daily life styles and exclusive custom. Enjoy the landscapes…on the way. Last trek is about 2Km to the bus stop in Ta Van then get back to Sapa by jeep or minivan. Take a fresh shower in the hotel before heading to Lao Cai train station for the night train back to Ha Noi.
