Day 1: Bai Tu Long Bay – Cua Van fishing village – Halong Bay (L,D)

The cruise of Indochina Sails starts at 12:15 pm. Upon boarding guests are served with a welcome drink and then gather in the dining room for an extended safety and boat orientation briefing according to itinerary details.
After checking in, we have some leisure time before lunch time at 1:00pm. There has a multi-course Vietnamese and Western set menu for lunch.

As we are having lunch, the boat is heading its way through the Bai Tu Long Bay, through the most stunning and poetic sites in Bai Tu Long Bay and Halong Bay to hit the Cua Van Fishing Village, the largest fishing village of the Bay. At the village, there are about 600 residents living in about 150 floating households. Guests can go kayaking through the village or visiting on small bamboo boats (sampans) rowed by the villagers for optional.

After visiting the village, guests will back on board and enjoy some free time (one and a half hours) before joining the Cooking Class on board, led by our Chef, which are available for all of the passengers. During the Class, the guests will be introduced how make some Vietnamese traditional dishes and have chance to taste the food in the end. In addition we will have the first of our double happy hours from 6:00 till 7:00 during which time one free drink will be received for each one ordered. At 7:30pm, guests will enjoy a delightful dinner of sumptuous buffet featuring an array of salads, seafood, meat dishes, seasonal fresh fruits and deserts.

Later, guests can relax at the dining room, lounge or on the upper deck and enjoy your own free time from 9:00 till 10:00. Board games and playing cards are available, as well as massage services (available throughout the cruise). Also, guests can experience squid fishing with help from the crew.

Day 2: Halong Bay – Titop Beach (B,L)

Today, guests will enjoy breakfast and drinks at

6:45. And then Tai Chi lessons led by our tai chi master will be started at 7:00 before we take a walking tour of Titov Beach Island at

7:45. After one hour spent on the island, climb up the steps to the peak to admire the breathtaking 360 degree view of the Bay (there is also an expansive viewing deck half way up), and then relax on the beach and enjoy swimming.

Later, back on board for final packing and freshening up before enjoying a full breakfast buffet, including traditional Vietnamese Noodles (Pho). Then, guests may relax at the dining room and lounge or on the deck for witnessing the very last views of Bay. Later, disembark at 11:00am.

More than 30 days before the beginning of the trip: 20% of the total rates.
15 to 30 days before the trip: 50% of the total rates.
